About the Team:

The Global Fintech team is responsible for driving growth and new business opportunities with Fintech’s. These clients are at the forefront of payments innovation and our team ensures Visa supports their ambitions, whether launching a new product or expanding into new geographies.

We are a small team and work with Visa’s highest growth, highest impact Fintech clients. This means everyone is expected to roll up their sleeves. We pride ourselves on being non-hierarchical and we work together in small, flexible combinations of people within our team and across almost every other function and market in Visa.

In this role you will be working with high growth, exciting fintech clients who are global in nature. The role is fast paced and varied so we are after someone who has a thirst for development and a dedicated work ethic.

Qualifications

The qualities we are seeking are:

  • A client-centric approach: You put yourself in the client’s shoes to understand their goals and priorities and you build strong personal relationships in order to drive sales.
  • Challenging the way we do things: How can this be done better? Can we move faster, save time and increase efficiency?
  • Team player not a lone wolf: You recognise that the only way to deliver is in partnership with the client and other Visa teams.

Prior client-facing experience in any setting is valuable but not critical. Above all we are seeking an individual with a can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to build strong relationships resulting in sales and revenue driving initiatives. We value diversity of thought and approach.

The role will directly support execution of the key opportunities in our FY24-25 pipeline:

Core Payments

  • Spearheading the launch of new portfolios in new markets, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring successful rollouts.
  • Overseeing the activation and usage of the customer backbook. This includes analysing customer data and developing targeted engagement strategies.

Commercial Money Movement Solutions

  • Driving the expansion of Visa Direct Cards, Accounts and Wallets to our clients.
  • Overseeing the commercial card issuance process for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and driving card activation and usage.

Value Added Services & Marketing

  • Driving sales of the next generation of Risk Value Added Services with the aim of delivering lower fraud and greater user experience for cardholders.
  • Collaborating with Tink, CurrencyCloud and other Visa services to drive sales and expand offerings in areas in Open Banking and money movement.
  • Help drive fintech priorities across marketing working on co-marketing campaigns and being the internal voice of the client.
