Visa Click to Pay brings the ease and simplicity of contactless to the way you pay online. As Head of Click to Pay (Europe)- you will be eliminating manual key entry and to need to remember passwords to drive the future of online checkout - Visa Click to Pay. .
What we expect day to day…
Product Strategy and Development
Be responsible for the EU strategy and delivery of the Click to Pay to improve and move the web checkout experience forward.
Manage a team of experienced Product Managers to evolve of Visa’s Click to Pay offerings including driving European adoption and developing world leading solutions based on these standards (EMV, W3C, FIDO, etc.)to move digital payments forward.
Ensure strong focus on consumer needs with deep market knowledge, client feedback, insights and research
Conceptualize and co-create innovative capabilities and features with digital partners and enablers combining Visa capabilities and partner capabilities to test new use cases, product features and recommended deployment approaches.
Lead the team and be accountable for developing an interoperable Click to Pay features for European markets.
Broaden the existing and upcoming Click to Pay use cases, channels and verticals including web guest checkout to multi-rail capabilities.
Enhance Visa’s Click to Pay solutioning capabilities rollout with fast go-to-market through agile development methodology with internal products teams and partner technology teams
Work closely with industry and internal partners across the organisation to understand market needs and enhance Click to Pay with improvements that lead to better competitiveness
Commercial Management
Develop the GTM strategy and commercialisation plans for Click to Pay in Europe
Establish pricing strategy and develop cases, financial projections with EU Pricing and Finance teams.
Collaborate with business partners including Risk, Client Services, Legal, Privacy, Government Engagement.
Collaborate closely with the Global Digital, and Authentication products teams on Visa’s global strategy and product roadmap ensuring EU requirements are championed through strong cases & client demand
Deepen client engagement with propositions that solve their problems, identifying those features that can scale and drive revenue to Visa while creating resonance with our clients
Be responsible for features roadmap for Click to Pay in Europe with a keen eye on global interoperability
Drive adoption in European markets and look at commercial opportunities to scale/distribute that allows for broadening Click to Pay across new markets, and expanding in existing markets
Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management on metrics and objectives, adapt overall programme tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunities
Support key priorities and initiatives from both Global and European leadership as required
As requirements of this role evolve, adapt to growing needs of the team and broader products organisation
Team
Define budget, resources and skill-set required to achieve Click to Pay strategy
Build Click to Pay team (hub and cross-functional) and define its modus operandi
Onboard, nurture and develop the Team’s talent
Manage all team operations (e.g., budget, planning, expenses, etc.)
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
