Grow and deploy premium benefits across European credit and debit card consumer and commercial portfolios leveraging Visa’s premium product range (Gold, Platinum, Signature, and Infinite, (U)HNW) for a variety of clients including issuers, fintech’s, NeoBanks, merchants with the aim of ensuring feature and pricing competitiveness, increased card usage, value added services revenues and client loyalty.
Manage benefits P&L and features roadmap for European Insurance program and other key premium benefit offerings in Europe, including existing solutions and those in early ideation and concept stages.
Actively manage ecosystem providers and solutions providers across all European markets. Work closely with industry and internal stakeholders across the organisation to understand market needs and improve solutions with enhancements that lead to better competitiveness, as well as pricing impacts and go-to-market requirements.
Drive solution adoption in European markets, including supporting RFP requests and look at commercial opportunities to scale/distribute that allows for broadening premium products across markets.
Work closely with Global teams and other regional teams responsible for equivalent products/solutions to ensure European strategy, annual targets and reporting are aligned on an ongoing basis.
Manage third-party supplier including, leading onboarding, contracting, billing, reporting with support of risk, legal, Cybersecurity, Finance, Sourcing teams.
Work closely with Global, Europe hub and market teams, and other Visa internal stakeholders to help scale projects and expand adoption including understanding and addressing associated impacts and requirements Close collaboration with the Global Partner Management team on all partner related activities to ensure continuous high standard performance of the benefits.
Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives, adapt overall programme tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunities.
As requirements of this role evolve, adapt to growing needs of the team and broader products organization.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
