The role holder will be responsible for the end-to-end Category Management including Strategy and Planning, Governance, Strategic Sourcing, Key Suppliers, Stakeholder Engagement and Business Partnership, ensuring full accountability for stakeholders’ experience and contribution to building Europe Sourcing team positive brand across our pan-European landscape (30 countries) and multiple entity structure.
The role holder will be part of the Europe Sourcing Services Team, which is split across Corporate Services, Professional Services & this role. The role has a Senior Sourcing Analyst to support (c50% of a role).
Lead and further develop the Category area.
Guide, share the knowledge with dedicated support to the Category support team.
Act as Sourcing Business Partner to the HR & Legal team with the end-to-end accountability, leading from the front and ensuring the back-end process efficiencies.
Ensure design and execution of Category strategies, plans and projects, working closely with the Global Sourcing Team.
Deliver financial and other values to the business through introduction of leading practices.
Embed in the Category and deliver on CSR, Sustainability & Supplier Diversity objectives.
Drive continues improvements and support digitalization, working close colleagues in the regional and global teams.
Contribute to the overall success of the Visa Europe Sourcing team.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
