Job Summary: The role is based in Dubai reporting into VP, Head of Sales Excellence, CEMEA. This individual will help transform the way we sell at Visa, further enhancing our client centricity. This role will focus on aligning our sales processes to client objectives, driving close collaboration between various Visa teams, designing client coverage models, and most importantly executing effectively on plans. In addition, this role is responsible for overall sales discipline best practices such as account planning, stakeholder mapping, and sales pipeline management. The individual will work across CEMEA, partnering with client facing teams as well as with other regional & global teams to bring best practices into CEMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on management of major project work streams related to strategic priorities in Visa CEMEA. Specific project content will vary greatly in sponsor, business or strategic focus, depth, and stakeholders served, ranging from broad co-ordination efforts across multiple countries or functional areas to focused special assignments for senior management that are of high strategic importance to Visa’s business in CEMEA.
Strategizing and rollout of Visa’s client focused sales methodology, aligning closely with CEMEA and global colleagues.
Drive tight alignment between sales & cross functional teams to deliver seamlessly.
Challenge status quo & drive process efficiencies that will decrease sales time to close, time to implementation, and time to revenue.
Proactive problem solving- propose informed ideas on improvements and practical solutions to identified shortcomings.
Communicate recommendations to senior management, in a clear, concise, and impactful way.
Currently the role will not have people management responsibilities, however, this may change in the future.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Typically requires 10-12 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, banking or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with managing complex projects, sales process re-engineering and implementation preferred.
