Job Description

Job Summary: As an Analyst for the Sales Excellence team in CEMEA, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence and process efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively to identify and solve issues facing our clients & internal teams, and execute global initiatives consistently. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, effective communication skills, and a positive can-do attitude. This role is based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the rollout of Visa’s client focused sales methodology, aligning closely with CEMEA and global colleagues.

• Analyze large data sets, synthesize into an easy-to-consume storyboard for leadership.

• Ensure global initiatives are executed consistently, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with teams to gather market insights, develop strategies to address roadblocks to growth, and execute them.

• Challenge status quo & drive process efficiencies that will decrease sales time to close, time to implementation, and time to revenue.

• Communicate recommendations to teams, in a clear, concise, and impactful way.

• Proactively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3-5 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, banking or equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with managing complex projects, sales process re-engineering and implementation preferred.
