Job Description
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY RESULTS AREA
Revenue Analytics
The business requires in depth revenue and volume analysis for better and on time decision making. Analysis would include:
To analyze and to map revenue streams.
To run the production of the key business drivers - e.g. volumes, transactions, etc. - for use in strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. The deep understanding of macroeconomics and geopolitical challenges across CISSEE is required for Visa revenue planning.
To manage ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly analysis of Markets and Clients trends.
Reviews business planning assumptions to achieve forecast accuracy and contributes to the advisory of appropriate finance handicap to refine the accuracy of the results.
Incentive and Contracts
The role holder would be responsible for deal modelling for clients in the covered markets. The candidate will also be responsible for:
Deal assessment and reforecasting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, and also providing input for the budgeting process.
Preparing the deal approval papers and managing the local deal approval process.
CISSEE Incentives - contra revenue and rebates - planning incl. preparing reporting and supporting materials for hub consolidation. Outstanding accounting and pricing proficiency is required to manage Gross Revenue reductions and discounts in billing set up.
Leading within Finance team the global and pan European and global RFPs with multiple banks incl. distribution of tasks, close collaboration with Deal team and other stakeholders to support RFP materials submission.
To assess reinvestment proposals, evaluate impact on CISSEE numbers and its business partners and make recommendations for approval accordingly.
Support the strategic initiatives investments in VAS, VBS, CMS and others.
Expense management
To provide advisory and guidance to cost center managers so they are informed of their approved budgets & forecasts and their commitment to budget, forecast on a continuous basis. To build and maintain relationships with cost center managers to ensure they are aware of budget forecasts timelines and data requirements and understand the need to adhere to them.
To lead headcount reconciliations by working closely with the various HR teams.
To track year to date and monthly OPEX performance. To understand variances and analyze business drivers.
Execution
Excellence in various Visa databases. Develop knowledge of them and provide relevant stakeholders with the available financial and other data on constant basis.
Deep understanding of Visa pricing.
Be the strategic advisor to the CISSEE CFO, organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision-making.
Manage specific deliverables for the CISSEE CFO ensuring timely completion including that the expected actions are acted upon and addressing time-sensitive business requests from senior management - GCM, Country Managers, CEMEA CFO, Global teams etc.
Advise and promote potential automations and simplifications of work process.
Due to safety reasons employees are required to work remotely within Ukraine.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Bachelor of Finance or equivalent degree
•At least 3-5 years working experience in multinational companies
•Self-motivated, can do attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
•Strong PC and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
•Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation necessary. Active listening skills required.
•Ability to explain complex business concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.
•Comfort leading and working closely with cross-functional teams required.
•Fluency in English
