Job Description

Position Summary

As a senior cybersecurity solutions & advisory sales specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development & sales of Visa's cybersecurity solutions and advisory services across key markets in CEMEA.

This high impact, high visibility position will work closely with Visa's clients, partners, and internal functions to identify, develop, and close opportunities that establish Visa's position as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space and developing a ‘Future State’ strategy to address the next wave of emerging Cyber risks & threats across the region.

You will work closely with Visa's clients, partners, and internal teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities that establish Visa's position as a player in the cybersecurity space. You will also provide feedback and insights to Visa's solutions teams to help shape the future of Visa's cybersecurity solutions.

Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives for cybersecurity advisory & solutions, targeting key industry sectors and market segments.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead delivery of Cybersecurity advisory engagements with Visa’s clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Value-Added Solutions (VAS), Visa’s partners in the Cybersecurity space, and technical experts, to tailor the offerings that meet clients' specific needs and address emerging threats.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving cybersecurity challenges to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, Info Security & IT decision-makers, and other key stakeholders to drive successful sales engagements.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value propositions of cybersecurity solutions to clients.
  • Responsibilities include creating a ‘One Visa’ client engagement model to build synergies between functions with insight driven client account plans
  • Work closely with the CEMEA Regional & Global Risk team to identify new & novel methods used by criminals to target clients/stakeholders and build innovative Cybersecurity offerings to disrupt emerging fraud & security vulnerabilities affecting the digital payments ecosystem.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries, and fostering long-term partnerships to encourage repeat business.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, case studies, and other materials that showcase the effectiveness of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Differentiate Visa, in coordination with Corporate Communications, via media messages on our Cybersecurity Risk VAS offerings

Qualifications

This role requires a dynamic & seasoned leader with the ability to conceptualize, drive and execute complex strategic outcomes by coordinating closely with client executives with the ability to present technical Cybersecurity product specifications to clients, partners and executive leadership

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, trends, challenges, and solutions
  • Experience of advising and selling solutions to Cybersecurity leaders
  • Strong sales skills and proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills, with the ability to synthesize complex and technical information into clear recommendations on course of action.
  • Result-oriented and initiative-taking personality that proactively seeks to generate impact for both clients and within Visa
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions in a clear and compelling way
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, IT, cybersecurity, etc.); advanced degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
    • Proven experience in senior-level sales roles within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Previous experience in CEMEA markets would be preferrable
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
