The New Business Development Senior Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of business development activity for Visa UK & Ireland, managing clients through prospecting and qualifying into new to Visa stages. This is a key role in the UK & Ireland team to developing strategic new business opportunities for Visa.
What we expect of you, day to day:
This is a hybrid position and a 12 month FTC. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Previous experience of Business Development, including solution / deal structuring and contracting, preferably in the Payments or Financial Services industry
• Previous sales management experience, preferably in B2B, in a client facing role
• Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills
• Experience and insight into technology, card issuance, payments and customer experience
• Be commercially focused and pragmatic, have the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
