This is an exciting time to join the UK and Ireland team as a strategic HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business leaders to consult on, create and execute a people strategy to ultimately deliver strategic business initiatives and results. This role will be responsible for creating sustainable value through a people plan, focusing on transformational and cultural change and provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of people-related matters.
Why this role is important to us
As a key member of the business leadership team, the HRBP will act as trusted advisor to multiple executive stakeholders. They will be a strong sounding board, coach and confidante on key matters and offer visible behavioural leadership to the business.
In partnership with the wider HR function, they will be at the forefront of delivering significant change across the business, with a particular focus on business transformation, through enhanced organisational effectiveness and workforce capability. They will drive high performance across the business and play a leading role in the strategic talent management and succession agendas.
Considered as the lynchpin between the HR Function and the business, the role holder will be highly relationship-driven, yet able to hold both parties to account when required to ensure activity is value-add and underpins business strategy.
The successful candidate will be insightful, commercial and credible. As a big-picture thinker with a ‘helicopter view’, the HRBP will be able to bring objectivity to everything they do and will be motivated by doing the right thing for Experian. They will be comfortable in navigating change and operating in a ‘grey’ space.
It is critical the successful candidate has presence, impact and can effect change by challenging the status quo. They will be passionate about making Experian a great place to work, with high energy for transformation and a commitment to delivering results.
