We are recruiting for an income verifications specialist to join an exciting Experian growth initiative: Work Report.
Understanding a customer’s financial well-being requires access to a variety of financial data: Work Report is a quick, simple, and secure way for customers to share their verified employment and income information immediately with the organisations they choose, directly from an employer’s payroll database, in seconds.
We believe this capability represents a game-changing opportunity for Experian and that right now is the critical time to establish ourselves as the partner of choice for income and employment verification. This data is the key to creating better and faster digital experiences for our customers and unlocking value that they simply cannot do easily today.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join us and play a significant role in this growth initiatives overall success. Our PreSales Consultants engage with both existing and potential customers, consult with them to identify, and understand the implications and opportunities Work Report represents. They articulate how Experian’s capabilities can be orchestrated to support the achievement of their objectives. Payroll data is varied and complex, so the PreSales Consultant role becomes critical to unlocking automation pathways to realise the full potential of Work Report.
Working collaboratively with our dedicated Work Report business development team and vertical market account teams to find, develop and convert opportunities across Banking, Financial Services, Telco, Utilities, Public Sector and Retail clients.
We’re looking for someone who has a genuine interest in digital automation of Creditworthiness assessments and will bring external knowledge back into the business. You’ll have experience/knowledge of payroll data and how this can support our clients in their credit risk and affordability decisioning. You will work closely with our client prospects to understand existing processes and work with them to design and define how Work Report can be implemented to add true value and return on investment.
You will be genuinely passionate about articulating and demonstrating how new innovative solutions help solve problems and generate new unexplored opportunities. You’ll always be inquisitive and can actively support the business development team to build a growing pipeline of current and future opportunities.
Experian has a broad set of capabilities and assets that make us unique in the market and allow us to deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will collaborate with other teams across Experian to ensure our client propositions are as complete and value-generating as possible, for each individual engagement.
Your role will be pivotal to the success of Experian’s Work Report sales strategy and business performance of the wider Go-to-market function. You will be working with Vertical Market and Product Management teams to contribute to the broader business strategy and achieve success.
You’ll succeed in this role by demonstrating your subject matter expertise through effectively engaging the right stakeholders in our customers, the industry and internally.
