Job Descrption

Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Communicate with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers using proper techniques and design principles
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Ability to sell floral products and upsell additional items or services
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Creativity and artistic flair to design unique and visually appealing arrangements
- Multilingual... skills, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is beneficial

Pay: £10.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
