The position is currently based in Ipswich but it will become fully remote in the coming months, with just frequent team meetings taking place locally to Ipswich.
Main responsibilities:
To provide 2nd line support customers using our applications.
Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone
Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents
Keep detailed records of customers interactions
Monitor application system logs
Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications
Support during the roll-out of applications
Create User Guides
User Training on site
PERSONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Self-motivated and persistent with a desire to learn
Enjoys helping people;
Computer literate to a basic level;
Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Exhibit empathy and patience during interactions with customers;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
