Job Description

As a Key holder at Weekday you are a role model for our brand by living our values. Your assignment is to support the management team on leading, inspiring and developing store/department team to optimize selling, provide excellent customer service and ensure a great shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily selling follow up and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling
• Work efficient and set the right prioritizes
• Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures
• Participate and contribute in training of employees
• Keep yourself and the team up to date with weekly info and sales activities concerning the store/department
• Motivate and develop all colleagues.
• Responsible to open and close the store as Manager On Duty
