We are currently seeking a New Product Planning Operations Specialist for a permanent, full-time position located in Paddington, London. This role involves asset planning five years before launch, creating asset-specific plans, coordinating market shaping activities, and supporting the handover to brand teams two years before launch in the UK. You will manage multiple priorities and provide business analysis recommendations while working closely with the Commercial Lead and cross-functional team for a successful UK launch.

Skills
• Degree in life sciences or business, with a preference for higher-level qualifications (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA)
• Understanding of launch planning, brand lifecycle management, and regulatory environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with a quantitative focus

Responsibilities
• Contribute to cross-functional Core Team and Asset specific team meetings for asset plan development
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of pipeline products and priority assets
• Design and manage market research for organizational readiness
• Conduct and interpret market and brand analysis
• Utilize data visualization techniques to support data analysis
• Manage internal approval processes for compliance with company standards
• Support budget management to adhere to financial planning
• Track cross-functional team plans against agreed KPIs
Qualifications
• Understanding of market and organizational readiness for launch planning
• Desirable experience in forecasting or market research
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, NHS data)
• Experience in fast-paced environments
