Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in emerging technologies, and you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and optimizing business processes. You will be responsible for analysing and developing projects related to specific business systems, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Analysis and Documentation: Conduct in-depth analysis of business systems, capturing findings in Use Case, UML, and BPMN documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems, capture requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Project Management: Manage project documentation, conduct reviews with stakeholders, and... ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Requirement Elicitation: Discover, describe, and outline new requirements, focusing on user interactions and system responses.
• System Integration: Work within and with external partners to validate system integration and data integration components.
• Exceptional programming and design skills
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with probability and statistics
• Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, complex, and highly technical team environment
• Integrating frontend components seamlessly using RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling..
Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferable to have extensive experience in financial business domain.
• Proficiency in Use Case, UML, and BPMN documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent programming & troubleshooting skills.
Technical
• Programming: c#, ASP.NET, enterprise web development, API development, BPM, Azure DevOps, Blazor, HTML.
• Database: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
• Concepts: Documentation, business process management, project management, programming techniques
• Reporting: Adhoc business reports, SSRS, Power BI
