Maharishi is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator / Product Develop to support its growing Design and Production departments. This position will deliver end to end product development and associated administration across all product categories and liaise with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain existing long term factory/supplier/mill relationships whilst improving margin and more strictly enforcing critical path to improve delivery dates achieved.
• Manage advance purchasing and price negotiation of fabric and trims from UK, EU and Far East supplier base.
• Co-ordinate fabric and trims deliveries to factories, managing time and cost efficient continuous supply of relevant cloth and trims.
• Develop new suppliers in various product categories, with a focus on products that can be made with green processes with environmentally sound raw materials.
• Create and maintain weekly and seasonal reports for internal and external publication.
• Manage interdepartmental... deadlines which impact production and sampling.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience within a Production role in the fashion industry.
• Ability to maintain or improve cloth, trim and construction quality standards.
• Ability to establish / implement QC/QA procedures when required with new suppliers.
• High admin efficiency/attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Effective at price negotiations with suppliers and working to budgets.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, preferred.
• Confidence working with critical paths and achieving key deadlines.
