Job Descrption
Are you a compassionate and experienced psychologist looking for your next challenge? We're offering a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a serene and supportive environment. Based in South West London, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in outpatient care and is passionate about making a real difference.
The Role:
As an Outpatient Psychologist, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored psychological support to those dealing with a range of challenges, from mental health difficulties to addictions and eating disorders. Reporting to the Outpatient Therapy Lead, you’ll be conducting assessments, facilitating groups, and providing one-on-one interventions. If you're trained in DBT or ADOS, that’s a bonus, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone eager to make a meaningful impact.
You'll be working within a close-knit outpatient/daycare team, while benefiting from strong connections with... other psychology and psychotherapy departments. We believe in using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, trauma-informed therapies, psychodynamic approaches, and more. We support your ongoing professional development with regular clinical supervision and opportunities to expand your skill set.
Additionally, there may be exciting opportunities to contribute to the growth of our small but growing outpatient service in Wimbledon, where innovative treatment plans are being developed.
What We’re Looking For:
• A passionate and empathetic psychologist with experience working with complex cases
• A commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive, and culturally competent care
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive within a multidisciplinary team
• Enthusiasm for shaping and developing outpatient treatment services
Benefits:
• Competitive salary and flexible working hours
• Unlimited CPD (Continuing Professional Development) budget to support your ongoing growth and learning
• Regular clinical supervision and strong peer support
• Opportunities to contribute to innovative service development
This is a unique role for a forward-thinking psychologist who wants to be part of something special, helping us provide innovative, evidence-based care to those who need it most.
If this sounds like the perfect next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
