Job Summary

As a Skin Therapist at Beutiva, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin treatments, offering expert skincare advice, and ensuring our clients leave feeling rejuvenated and confident. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skincare treatments, an eye for detail, and a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities
• Perform skincare treatments: Provide facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and other treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct skin consultations: Assess clients' skin types and conditions, recommend personalized skincare routines, and suggest Beutiva products that best suit their needs.
• Maintain treatment area: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Build client relationships: Develop strong rapport with clients, provide outstanding service, and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay updated on skincare trends: Continuously learn... about new skincare techniques, products, and industry best practices.
• Promote Beutiva products: Educate clients on Beutiva’s range of skincare products, assisting them in making informed choices to maintain their skincare goals at home.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols: Ensure strict hygiene standards are met, following salon policies and industry guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ.
• Experience with Murad, Dermalogica, HydraFacial, Microneedling, Herbal Green Peel, LED Facials, RF Microneedling, Injectibles advantgeous
• Minimum 2 years experience as a SkinTherapist
