We are seeking an experienced and visionary Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled veterinarian with a passion for leadership, innovation, and high-quality animal care. As the Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor veterinary staff, and ensure the best medical practices are followed.

We are a small companion animal practice located in the lovely forest city and have been serving our clients and community for over 30 years!

We practice team-based medicine and believe in a fear free approach when treating our patients. We focus on providing gold standard services with a professional and positive work environment.

Preferred Requirements

· 6+ years post-graduate experience working as a Licensed Veterinarian in Canada

· Passion to lead a team of 2 veterinary professionals in medical and surgical cases.

· Promotes team-based medicine practices within the clinic.

· Diagnosing and treating animals

· Performing Soft tissue surgery and dentistry

· Exceptional diagnostic, medical, and surgical skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to lead and inspire a team.

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
