The role of UK Product Input manager at NIQ Brandbank is to be responsible for the operation of the UK Product Input team and warehouse function; ensuring the department is running efficiently, meeting the required KPIs for timeliness and quality and delivering best in class content for our customers.

They are responsible for the day-to-day management of the UK Product Input team setting priorities, overseeing safety, training and development of individuals and performing all associated people-management tasks and processes

The role is also key in driving delivery and development throughout the largest and busiest Product Input function in the business – improving processes and systems wherever possible to ensure NIQ Brandbank remains the industry leader in terms of digital product content. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor allocation the of resource and workload of Product Input / warehouse tasks, to ensure delivery against internal timeliness and quality KPI’s. 
  • Forge and maintain good connections between Product Input and the other departments. Be a key point of contact for Product Input specific topics in territory – have a good service manner, working collaboratively to resolve issues and make the most of opportunities.
  • Understand and monitor NIQBB’s place within the market – ensuring our processes and service offerings are the best-in-market – working closely with UK Operations Manager and Development Functions.
  • Proactively seek to improve department and product delivery metrics.
  • Perform all aspects of people-management administration – ensuring familiarity with current NIQBB procedures, systems and processes
  • Take responsibility for, and monitor Health & Safety of warehouse environments; maintenance and certification of warehouse equipment,
  • Lead by example in terms of punctuality, attitude, productivity, flexibility and knowledge

 

Requirements:

  • Have a high level of warehouse operations knowledge and training within the FMCG industry, with 5+ years' experience.
  • Experience of Product Input tasks and managing in a warehouse environment is beneficial
  • Excellent team leader, with strong interpersonal skills that delivers results.
  • Efficient and organized with a positive attitude, ability to cope well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible and committed attitude to working and working hours
