The Client Service Executive will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts with overall responsibility for retail delivery across this portfolio. You will be responsible for achieving Monthly Service KPI’s, as well as ensuring key business metrics around timeliness, quality and coverage are maintained effectively through effective use of the Freshdesk and Chat support platform.

Provide NPD and Revisions chase ranges to your CSE to ensure accurate chasing, conversions and reporting on your online launches
Work with your CSE to manage the range file – escalations for unmatched products, feedback on annotations and discussion around range changes and updates
Attend weekly calls to discuss project progress and any barriers/issues
Provide artwork for projects named by EAN, with the relevant layered PDF file type
Support with reference images for CGI projects to ensure accurate product imagery is generated
Provide guidance on imagery and data guidelines for supplier queries to ensure content is approved on the retailer website
