In the past the physical shelf in a store was audited by someone walking round filling in a form scoring the capability of the store to sell a product. The sponsor of this process was the brand owner. NIQ eCommerce and the Data Impact Digital Shelf capability enables the exploitation this data, to sell more product and to do so with an understanding of what level of effective promotion is needed. Within the NIQ eCommerce portfolio is Fox Intelligence and the NIQ Omni offering. These capabilities enable the understanding of Shopper Intent, your market and your competition, and enable the correlation of eCommerce KPIs with sales data to answer the key questions that are needed to manage a business.
