Entry Level Data Analyst- Stockport (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Make sure all stages of the (OPM) model run according to the Market Measurement schedule.  Follow provided Standard Operating Procedures so deadlines are met, and possible delays can be identified in a timely matter. 

  • Understand the principles of the core OPM framework and how this has been applied to the assigned territory / business unit. 

  • Train and support newer members of the Market Measurement team on basic OPM methodology, problem solving and technical queries. 

  • Understand the principles and logic behind supporting processes that feed into the running of the model and validation. 

  • Understand the logic behind any automated data validation techniques.

  • Maintain data integrity by rigorously validating the model outputs and maintain integrity rules assigned to the person and the team. 

  • Use available reports and tools to identify possible errors in model outputs. 

  • Liaise with key stakeholders about identified trends to improve market understanding and decide on rectifying errors where needed. 

  • Owns all key stakeholder communications for sector. 

  • Action data requests from our clients with clear and accurate data reports and insights. 

  • Under the guidance of senior management, contribute to non BAU projects, working to pre- agreed project plans.

  • Ability to interpret data and present information numerically and in written form
