This is an exciting and unique opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of the real estate and investments industry at one of the UK's most exciting, forward-thinking businesses. As part of this graduate programme, you will also get to study an industry leading qualification that will help set you up for a successful career.

What You’ll Do

Over a two-year programme, you will;
• Experience five rotations across the ORE business. You’ll have the opportunity to work in investment teams, the lending team and our central team, known as the ORE Hub, which is responsible for customer experience, digital transformation and corporate development
• Study for an industry-leading professional qualification, either in surveying, investment management or financial analysis
• Gain direct exposure to investor, borrower and broker relationships
• Participate in our credit and investment committees as you take new transactions from end to end
• Learn how to identify gaps in the market and structure new funds to help fulfil ORE’s growth strategy

Develop your network within the industry by attending webinars and events, and potentially by undertaking a secondment at one of our partner firms.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll be:

✅A graduate of any discipline (minimum 2:1)

✅Passionate about developing a career in Real Estate finance and investment management

✅A fast learner, keen to get the most out of the scheme

✅Self-motivated, capable of balancing work and study in a fast-paced environment

✅A team player who enjoys working with a diverse team to achieve positive outcomes

Additional Information

Timelines for the Hiring Process

As part of your application, you will be asked to complete three written questions. If we like what we read, we will invite you to complete our video questions. If successful at this stage, you will then be asked to attend a online interview. Successful candidates will then be invited to the assessment centre at our head office in London on 4th December, prior to this we will ask you to complete our personality questionnaire.

Application Closing date: October 28th

Video Questions: 4th November - 11th November

Online Interview: 18th - 20th November

Clevry Assessment: To be completed by 29th November

Assessment Centre: 4th December
