How you’ll change it up

Responsible for driving the key strategic and national accounts across our footprint and driving significant Ethernet and Business FTTP penetration through New Acquisition and Migrations

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Building deep and impactful relationships with the commercial and marketing teams within these Partners to support in designing and implementing a tailored marketing approach.
  • Use your commercial leadership skills to articulate the strategic levers including ARPU and CPA of our partners and use this to drive and accelerate the performance of those partners’ performance.
  • Working closely with our data & Insights team will allow you to use our data to improve the effectiveness of our partner marketing strategies.
  • Own the marketing relationships with our strategic and national partners across our Business, Public Sector and Mobile partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Business, Public Sector and Mobile Sales team to ensure the Account Objectives and commitments are met.

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll also bring the following with you:

  • Substantial experience as a marketing professional - within the business telco industry - largely in acquiring and/ or nurturing customer relationships.
  • Ability to see the world through the eyes of our partners, supporting CityFibre efforts to recruit and grow key relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile mindset/approach that can operate in a very fast paced environment.
  • Evidence of comfort with numbers and sales reports/numerical agility.
  • Excellent communicator, with a natural ability to make complex issues appear simple.
