How you’ll change it up

To maximize the volume of sales and customer connections for our Business Ethernet and Business FTTP services through our largest strategic partners in the Carrier and National Vertical, drive the enablement of sales through on-boarding, network interconnection, systems integration, and aligned sales and marketing activities.

Day-to-day, here are some of the tasks you can expect to be performing:

  • Exceed the sales targets and increase customer connections for the named Business ISP partner accounts.
  • Drive customer adoption and penetration, especially within committed cities, leveraging all internal CityFibre resources, particularly the Marketing, City Development, and Customer Delivery teams. Take ownership of the consumer forecast.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Management team and Senior Sales Manager, Carrier and National, to ensure all consumer-specific contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and own an Account Development Plan (ADP) and coordinate internal teams to execute against this plan.

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll also bring the following with you:

  • Significant experience working with, or for a Business ISP or Carrier.
  • A broad commercial skillset across strategic analysis, business planning, project analysis, relationship development, commercial finance, transaction negotiation and customer service.
  • High levels of intellect – an analytical, lateral and quick thinker, with good intuition and judgement.
  • A highly professional approach, driving engagements with real tenacity and integrity.
  • Ability to work closely with internal and customer delivery teams- must understand the processes and challenge with a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset.
