How you’ll change it up

As our Network Architect, you’ll be accountable for the development of strategy, roadmap and execution plan for the evolution to a fully automated Intelligent Network.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• To investigate and communicate market and technology trends to internal stakeholders
• To work with product teams on the commercial strategy, and business cases for product development
• To be an external advocate of CityFibre, and engage and influence professional bodies in support of our product strategy
• To conduct architecture design, feasibility & cost studies
• To select and rollout innovative solutions into a full production environment

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll have extensive experience working in network architecture, as well as an excellent understanding of, and experience in the following:

• Alternate operating and process methodologies, and history of implementing change programs within multiple companies, operating at scale
• The fundamentals of networking from layer 0 to 3, underpinned by industry experience.
• Business case & financial modelling experience
• Experience of architecting & operating large scale multi-vendor ISP/Wholesale Networks (desirable)  
• ITIL, TMForum operational & service modelling experience (desirable)
