Air Charter Service (ACS) is a global aircraft charter company that specializes in arranging passenger and cargo aircraft charters.

To put it simple, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our Sales Consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consists of sports teams, Film & TV production or large multinational corporations professionals, music tours, destination weddings, company sponsored events and many more!

ACS provides the best charter solutions using local knowledge with offices across North America, South America, Europe, CIS, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia. ACS is a rapidly growing company, generating over $1 billion in revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights annually.

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Work in conjunction with Sales Executives on Administrative sales duties
• Assist Sales Executives on charter process; from qualifying through quoting, contracting and flight setup
• Move clients to the next step in the sales process
• Escalate any issues to line manager
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 530pm / In-office, travel opportunities
• The position is a three-month with permanent potential
