CTE Application Engineer works closely with Customer Technical Excellence teams to help provide best-in-class customer experience for Solidigm clients and improve internal projects efficiency. Responsibilities include tracking incoming customer issues in CRM, doing initial failure analysis and issue intake, participating in samples rework, and publishing/presenting regular updates. An effective CTE AE will be organized, self-directed, responsible, active learner, exhibit effective communication and have strong problem solving skills. Knowledge of PC/SSD architecture, Microsoft Office and/or Linux, Python and PowerBI is required. Expectation is for CTE AE to own tasks within the role objectives.
