RMA Logistics Operations Manager will responsible for the smooth operations of the RMA facility. The RMA facility handles multiple types of returns from our customers: RMA, Stock Rotations, Failure Analysis, Rework and Reclaim. The RMA Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible the timely receipt of inbound product. The correct disposition of material and the outbound shipping of material not stored onsite. Additionally, the RMA Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining the proper inventory levels to support our Standard Warranty and Advanced Warranty program. The RMA Logistics Operations Manager will oversee operations removing roadblocks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $67,320 to $106,220. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
