CRM Manager

As a CRM Manager at Treatwell, you will spearhead the building, execution and automation of CRM journeys to effectively tell the Treatwell story and showcase our expertise. Utilising CRM platforms and customer data platforms, you will craft and execute intelligent, personalised communication strategies across multiple channels including email, push notifications, in-app, SMS, and more.

This role is pivotal in transforming insights into actionable, automated journeys that not only enrich the customer experience but also drive marketplace engagement.

Operating across multiple international markets, you will leverage our world class technology stack to enhance customer engagement, fast performance growth and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

  • Craft, design, build, test and execute sophisticated CRM strategies, leveraging CRM platforms and complementary platforms to create dynamic, automated customer journeys, scheduled relevant messages and communication flows.
  • Utilise data and platforms for intelligent data enrichment for triggers and personalisation, ensuring each customer receives tailored communications.
  • Develop and oversee a multi-channel communication strategy, including emails, push notifications (standard and rich), app content cards, in-app communications for iOS and Android, SMS tactics, surveys, and the potential for innovation across new communication channels and mediums
  • Leverage our world class stack for data-driven decision-making, optimising CRM strategies for maximum engagement and performance growth generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the data analytics team to turn insights into actionable CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with international data protection regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data insights and market trends.

About you: 

  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a marketplace environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms, familiarity with customer data platforms and journey mapping tools.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and personalised communication strategies.
  • Experience in managing CRM initiatives across multiple international markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable CRM strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent communicator in English. Any other European language is a plus. 
  • Available to travel to the office 3 days per week (office located in Fulwood Place in London)
