PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are entering into the next phase of our organic growth story and as part of that we have a strategic aim of developing and embedding partnerships (B2B2C) as a new and successful acquisition channel.
The B2B Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining, developing and optimizing existing B2B relationships in order to drive customer growth. Success of the role will be assessed versus the number of new customers generated via B2B relationships.
The B2B Relationship Manager will be responsible for executing the agreed B2B approach within the agreed framework which will include both developing relationships with businesses and working internally to ensure we are optimizing our marketing and content materials.
The candidate will also be expected to support the Head of Business Development in scaling and selling our existing B2B footprint and proposition to new businesses.

Requirements
· Responsible for maintaining, developing and optimizing existing B2B relationships
· Responsible for onboarding new relationships in line with agreed risk and compliance framework
· Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and content teams to maximise campaign reach and engagement
· Work with brand to ensure the B2B brand messaging aligns to the commercial strategy
· Responsible for onboarding new relationships in line with agree risk and compliance framework
· Support Head of Business Development scaling and selling our existing B2B footprint and proposition to new businesses
· Lead as an SME on B2B and Partnerships within the business. Keep current with industry trends, supply side developments, business direction and emerging competitor activity and have these inform the proposition roadmap.
· Support with business case development for each proposition and get buy-in for approval and change resource
· Maintain the first line of Risk/Compliance defence by ensuring individual adherence to business processes and procedures that are designed to meet the regulatory standards set out in the relevant FCA rules and guidance.
· Make informed risk decisions and effectively and credibly debate and challenge management recommendations within your role in line with the approved Risk Management Framework.
· Maintain the first line of defence by reviewing/supporting the risks and controls assigned to the department.
