Job Description

The Hubs and new sites Project Manager will lead an exciting change in the landscape of UK Operations to include the coordination and management on time of key contracts and responsibilities associated with operating UK Hubs & New sites. This role is essential to hubs and new sites operating in a truly customer centric way.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

- Work with Head of Operational Excellence to establish and land a plan for Hub and new site operations. Determine and define project scope and objectives based on business requirements.

- Act as the single point of accountability for market leading standards when operating Hubs and New Sites.

- Engage and Establish relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

- Work closely with the relevant teams to establish the timescales and management of works associated with EVC installations and manage the handover to a high standard, on time and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Project Management qualification with suitable experience

• Full UK Driving License

Knowledge & Experience

• Detail oriented, self–starter, able to take on and complete tasks

• Experience of Project Management processes and procedures

• Knowledge of Project commercial processes

• Customer Focused

• Site Safety Awareness

• EVC experience (not essential)

• Working with others as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to plan and monitor roll outs and conflicting priorities

• Excellent planning and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure & timescales in a positive and organised way
