BANKING EXECUTIVE
Our Operations team is growing; are you ready to cash in your current role and join a business who will invest in you? Weatherbys Bank are currently looking for a Banking Executive to join us on a full time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 17:30.

You will join our Accounts Operations team dealing with opening, closing, and maintaining accounts for our Private Bank and Racing Bank clients. As a Banking Executive, you will get involved with the operational activities of the team at times when they are not engaged on change, and consistently drive continuous improvements, acting as a second in command to the Team Leaders within Account Operations.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Open, close and amend accounts for our Private Bank and Racing Bank clients
• Support the definition and formulation of processes and procedures required to execute operational tasks
• Accurately represent the business needs of Account Operations to other stakeholders at project meetings
• Define Account Operations performance objectives to determine acceptable outcomes
• Complete testing on new processes and initiatives to validate their effectiveness
• Communicate information and progress relating to projects back to colleagues
• Understand and translate the language, terms and jargon that falls within the Account Operations remit to other stakeholders and interested parties
• Act as a ‘go to person’ within Account Operations for questions and queries relating all Account Operations processes and procedures
• Act as second in command to the Team Leaders within Account Operations, and support with managerial duties in times of planned or unplanned absence

• Previous experience in a financial services setting is essential for this role - we need you to come in and be ready to make an immediate positive impact
• Prior experience working in an administration role
• A passion for delivering exceptional standards of service to both internal and externals clients
• Attention to detail is paramount in this role
