Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of sales efforts, engaging with both existing clients and prospective partners. Your primary responsibilities will include inside and outside sales activities, targeting Commercial, Government, and General Aviation operators. From identifying new business prospects to negotiating contracts and sealing deals, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated sectors.
  • Conduct thorough market research to assess potential opportunities and devise optimal sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aviation or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
