Our events are located in major cities throughout the country – LA, Austin, San Diego, Miami, Chicago, DC, etc.. About the Role
RTM is looking for an ambitious Delegate Account Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate is excited by the opportunity to build relationships with C-Level and other senior executives, detail-oriented and passionate about professional development/growth. Your primary responsibility is gathering executives for our events through email marketing, social selling, calls, and pitches. We offer extensive, ongoing training and a unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work.

This role is Hybrid/Remote in NY, NJ and CT with 2 days a week in the office or remote in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC and IN.

Salary $40,000 - $50,000 base + bonuses/incentives/uncapped commission
Year one total compensation expectations: $55,000 - $70,000
