Customer Onboarding Manager at BigChange

As you start your BigChange journey we will provide you with all the training and development you will need to give you the best opportunity to grow your career with us. You need to be inquisitive, have a desire to learn about our core product functionality and service offering to be able to successful implementation of onboarding projects to new and existing clients, by delivering a combination of project management and training.

You will be fully supported as you ensure a smooth transition from Sales into Operations for all new projects under your control to ensure customers understand the BigChange customer journey and our approach to service.

BigChange is a leading Field Service Management Software Provider and are based in Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Requirements

  • Project management experience
  • Ability to manage objections and manage customer expectations
  • Ability to deliver through change
  • Track record of delivering against targe
  • Experience in a training capacity, ideally - customer facing
  • Project management experience
  • Technically adept
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised and task focussed with a methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with ability to handle a stretching and changeable workload
  • Proactive team player
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
