We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Leader that’s excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! Overseeing all aspects of our performance media digital marketing ecosystem across Europe (along with influencing our owned channel), you will be responsible for developing & executing digital marketing strategies aimed at expanding Vuori’s reach and deepening relationships with existing customers across the UK & Europe. You will be a key member of the European Leadership Team (and part of a global digital marketing team), helping build our story as we continue to re-define the apparel landscape!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop, implement and execute strategic online performance marketing initiatives for Vuori across UK & Europe in line with brand and strategic guidelines.
• Own and lead regional online performance marketing strategy and distribution across media channels: paid digital, social media & influence email
• Analyze and optimize online performance campaigns against digital and UK/European market growth objectives.
• Lead agency relationships and align the communication strategy with key partners across UK/Europe & Global partners based in North America.
• Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget, and priorities on every digital marketing project across UK/Europe.
• Monitor online marketing trends across categories to generate insights for new digital marketing strategies to accelerate Vuori’s growth across UK/Europe
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align and are lockstep with the larger promotional strategy and are on brand.
• Ensure Digital Marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly and are optimized towards the campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in online marketing for a leading consumer brand or tech company
• Experience running performance digital marketing across UK/Europe, including paid digital, social media, CRM/CDP, email, earned media and owned media; and up-to-date with current consumer & media trends
• Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement platforms, digital marketing technology, and data ecosystem
• Familiarity with analytics platforms just as Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus), Looker, etc
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics — ROAS, ACOS, CPV, CPCV, CPR, LTV are familiar to you
• Ability to create cross-channel customer journeys with a data driven mindset.
• A strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities in combination with a hands-on attitude to get things done.
• Proven track record of leading multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adequately prioritize to improve business impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent soft skills with a teamwork mentality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to thrive in a global environment, with multiple markets, cultures, and time zones.
• A self-starter & builder who is curious and can “roll their sleeve’s up” to get things done.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $95,000-$110,000/yr
