Role Summary:
This is a hybrid role, the employee will be required to report to our Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA at least 2 times/week. As a B2B Growth Relationship Manager, you will report to the SVP, Business Solutions and be assigned as the primary point of contact for over 2,500 existing clients. Your main responsibility is to retain existing clients and find new opportunities to expand the relationship. Successful candidates are required to provide prompt, professional, and personal service to clients, while building lasting client relationships and managing a variety of client service needs.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue targets for customers assigned to you.
Building and managing long-term client relationships.
Retain existing client portfolio assigned.
Respond quickly to client requests.
Help clients purchases on our online portal.
Network with existing clients for referrals & new business opportunities.
Meet your assigned KPI measurements that are proven to drive sales.
Assist our Inbound Sales team with fielding new leads during the holiday season (Nov/Dec).
Contribute to the success of team members and the organization.
Document and report in a timely manner in accordance with policies & procedures.
Coordinate with internal resources to support your clientele including finance, compliance, marketing, & fulfillment.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Two years of highly successful account/relationship management, sales, or customer service experience.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment while managing shifting priorities.
Requires an obsession for continuous professional growth embracing ongoing learning & coaching.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A collaborative mindset with exceptional cross-departmental operating skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with emphasis on numbers (pricing).
Superb organizational and documentation skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Goal-directed and constructively competitive.
Proficient use of personal computers, internet, and Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with CRM software (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
A superior degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to securely handle confidential information in a PCI-compliant environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range would be $50K to $100K, which includes a $50K base salary, plus Commission and Year End Bonus. In addition to that, there is the Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) program.
