Job Description

What will you be doing? 

We’re hiring our first dedicated client onboarding specialist in the UK to support our sales team with the high volume of new customers that the team are signing. We’re looking for someone to support setting up our merchants for immediate success through a clearly defined implementation process involving product education and adoption as well as support with technical problems. Your day-to-day will involve:  

• Owning the customer relationships from everything past the close of the sale through to the customer using our products for the first time, via inbound and outbound phones calls and email 

• Working with our internal Marketing, Customer Relations and Tech teams to fix bugs or improve onboarding processes.  

• Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation faster and more efficiently 

• Build resources for customers to use to support their onboarding journey and beyond to better ensure product adoption 

• Being an expert in all things product related at Teya 

Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

• You’ll be a self-starter full of new ideas who takes a proactive approach to their work 

• A true team player who brings a lot of energy to the role 

• A high level of organisation skills to manage multiple partners at any one time at various points of the onboarding process 

• Experience working within a fast-paced target driven environment 

• Not a necessity, but we would love if you have worked with Hubspot 

Additional Information

What can we offer you? 

• On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £35-40,000 in your first year
