Why We're Hiring:

WPP's People team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take a lead in driving EMEA readiness for critical initiatives like the Gender Pay Gap report, Pay Transparency, and Equal Pay Reporting.  Reporting to the Head of Global Reward and Transformation, you'll partner to spearhead governance, establish cadence, and ensure seamless rollouts, all while navigating EU Commission guidelines.

This role will entail close collaboration with WPP Agency and Corporate CPOs and Reward Directors, making you an integral part of fostering equity and transparency across WPP. If you're a proven Project Manager with a passion for driving impactful change within Reward Transformation, we are keen to hear from you.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects, maintaining a keen focus on quality, timelines, and scope.
  • Develop and implement global standard operating procedures, optimizing processes into a comprehensive program playbook.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including internal teams, external clients and Leadership.
  • Track project progress and report on key metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
  • Champion an iterative planning process, defining project scopes and deliverables collaboratively with development teams.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Leverage your experience in sensitive HR and legal programs, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other programs of work, such Living Wage, and Global Pay Gap, to drive holistic transformation.

 

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in Project methodology, with a track record of success in HR transformation and rewards initiatives.
  • Agile (Scrum) methodology expertise.
  • Proficiency in Payroll HR systems and familiarity with Workday HCM is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Solid knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
