What does a day look like for you here?
Working on hybrid basis from our Birstall (WF17) office, you will embark on a transformative 14-month placement to gain practical experience and hands-on training in the field of Cyber Security, specifically within a Security Operations Centre (SOC). Throughout the placement, you will be part of an immersive learning experience where you can apply your knowledge from your academic studies to real-world scenarios.
Based at our Birstall Security Operations Centre (SOC), you’ll work alongside our friendly, experienced colleagues and get involved in all things Cyber Security. Throughout your time with us, you will have the chance to monitor, detect, and respond to various security incidents. You will also be provided with guidance and mentorship throughout your learning journey, providing a wide range of benefits designed to foster your professional growth and development.

Back to that ambition of ours. We want to be the UK’s go-to managed service provider. That’s where you come in. Ideally, you will have a degree in Cyber Security (or related field) or be scheduled to graduate soon. Of course, it goes without saying, you will also need to have a keen interest in technology as well as Cyber Security.
