What does a day look like for you here?
Working on hybrid basis, you'll be assigned to one of our dedicated customer accounts supporting a small data centre several days a week, within an office-based environment. In this varied role, you will be tasked with delivering and supporting IT network mobilisations for project setups, whilst also managing and maintaining large, multi-faceted corporate LANs and associated networks. You will also ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure to meet the organization's business needs.
Beyond the normal day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also provide third-line technical infrastructure support to the business and outsourced contracts, including mentoring junior engineers and offering guidance. Each day will present unique challenges as you oversee network-reliant services within the Network Operation remit, with a focus on training and professional re-certification.

Ideally, you will have strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and identify underlying problems or trends. You will also have significant experience in Cisco Meraki hardware and software troubleshooting Ethernet, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN solutions including multiple access technologies, load balancing, routing and switching, & firewall platforms.
