We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our CRM team to work with the relevant Sales & Service business teams to understand complex business processes and strategies, define functional solutions for business needs, configure applications and systems into efficient business solutions using the SalesForce Sales & Service Cloud Platforms.
As a Salesforce Functional Analyst you will be responsible for managing or performing work associated with IT business analysis including: Identifying and analyzing business needs, making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand the business strategy and propose solutions to achieve business goals within Salesforce.com
Provide highly specialized technical skills to understand the specific needs of stories during each iteration and ensure design and development standards are met
Use Agile and Lean principles to ensure speed-to-market of solutions and maximum business value capture
Stay current on new technologies and industry trends, specifically Salesforce.com Sales & Service Cloud, and make recommendations for adoption based on business goals, investments, benefits and risks
Perform advanced Salesforce.com application and platform administration and testing (user administration, config changes, deployment, data and environment setup, reports/dashboard development, workflow, validation rules, etc.)
Act as a key stakeholder in the daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to update progress, highlight and resolve impediments
We are looking for;
Salesforce Admin Certification is essential
Experience as a business or functional analyst/ similar transferrable role
Experience administering enterprise Salesforce CRM system
Expert understanding of standard Sales/CRM concepts and business processes
Salesforce.com Sales & Service Cloud experience is desired
Strong knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery practices
