As a Warehouse Shift Manager within our Dagenham Depot, you’ll have a critical role in ensuring that the warehouse operation is running safely and efficiently, and that we are catering to our customers’ every need – both now and in the future.
With shift responsibility from goods in, stock management and order picking, through to dispatch, you will engage, motivate, and manage your team to ensure productivity targets are achieved and high levels of customer service are delivered.
To join us as a Warehouse Shift Manager you will have previous management experience in a high-volume, fast paced warehouse operation. You will be results driven and demonstrate good commercial awareness and strong analytical skills which you’ll use to make sound decisions. A great communicator, you will be people focused and have the skills to get the best out of your teams. Tenacious and resilient you’re a pro-active problem solver, with the drive and determination to overcome challenges and succeed.
