As Relief Operations Supervisor within our KFF Aylesford Depot, you’ll have a critical role in ensuring that Day to day management and planning of the shift, ensuring depot standards are met safely and efficiently to cater to our customers’ every need – both now and in the future.
With the support of the Warehouse Manager you will be primarily responsible for supervising and managing a team as well as overseeing the management of the Coldstore team on the night shift. You'll implement warehouse plans for the operation to meet current and future service requirements and continuously improve efficiencies of both cost and quality of service to meet distribution targets. Contribute to staff recruitment and retention by creating opportunities to train & develop direct reports as part of depot succession plan
To join us as a Relief Operations Supervisor you will have previous management experience in a high-volume, fast paced warehouse operation. You will be results driven and demonstrate good commercial awareness and strong analytical skills which you’ll use to make sound decisions. A great communicator, you will be people focused and have the skills to get the best out of your teams. Tenacious and resilient you’re a pro-active problem solver, with the drive and determination to overcome challenges and succeed.
