This role is a remote based working position

Working pattern - Monday to Friday, 39 Hours per week, working between 0800 and 1700hrs.

Salesforce is with us, and we are looking for a passionate, dedicated and motivated individual capable of working in a fast paced, ever changing and growing team. As a CRM Executive no day will be the same. One day you will work with various colleagues from across the business to understand their requirements of Salesforce, another you will be working with Sysco to develop these requirements into useful Salesforce functionality, and the next day you deploying and training this to your colleagues. One thing however will remain constant - you will always be there at the front line to help colleagues with their questions and queries, supporting them in making sure they get the most from Salesforce.

The role of a CRM Exec:

As a CRM Exec you will be working around 4 key areas

 

 Support Continual Development of the Salesforce.com

  • Work with teams around Brakes to gather and document Salesforce Continuous Improvement needs,
  • Work with the wider CRM team to plan development into upcoming ‘Sprints’ and support Sysco’s Salesforce development team to really understand these requirements,
  • Undertake any relevant Salesforce configuration work within Salesforce.com,
  • Support in testing the sandbox at the end of every sprint.

 

        Manage General Administrative Duties

  • Act as the frontline queries from users. Remedy those you are able to, or pass those various support teams to remedy.
  • Run day to day admin tasks (user support, new user requests, profile changes, data loads etc)
  • Support business users with adhoc requests for reports and dashboards.
  • Manage, review and update Chatter groups.

 

         Ensure and drive user adoption of Salesforce.com

  • Support the communication and management of the business facing CRM Super Users,
  • Support with the ongoing adoption of salesforce by creating and delivering a variety of different training (e.g. classroom, creating learning documents etc),

 

              Ensure Brakes has the best possible understanding of  the capabilities of Salesforce.com

  • Work with Sysco to understand how Salesforce is used across the globe,
  • Complete modules and projects in Trailhead to acquire additional Salesforce skills and knowledge,
  • Ensure an understanding of industry news relevant to Salesforce.com,

 

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Previous experience of working within a Sales Operations, Contact Centres, Marketing or Sales team, or a good grasp of sales, service and marketing-based processes,
  • Excellent customer service skills,
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • People orientated
  • Ability to thrive in a very busy, demanding and pressurised environment and prioritise workload
  • Salesforce Accreditations (at least Administrator level),
  • Previous experience of CRM administration (preferably Salesforce). A Salesforce based qualification would be advantageous.
  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data to aid decision making and prioritisation of improvement opportunities.
  • Good understanding of SAP/ BW/ Office Applications.
  • Ability to work with all stakeholders, at varying levels, in Brakes and Fresh Direct.
