Senior Administrator - Day Shift
Salary: £30,379 plus excellent benefits
40 hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 14:30 pm with rota for additional Saturday cover

Brakes are growing and we’re looking for a Senior Administrator to join us at our Portbury Depot to lead and coordinate our on-site administration support team. You will be a key player within our Operations Team, providing integral support by training, coaching, and guiding back office colleagues to enhance their effectiveness across the entire operation, including warehouse and stock teams.
You'll be working across the entire depot as a key stakeholder it is critical that you build and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues and lead by example. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring seamless communication and support for maintaining quality control of files, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You'll contribute to ongoing warehouse tasks and collaborate with various departments within the business. As Senior Administrator you will assist with data entry and inventory management by verifying documents for numerical accuracy and maintaining meticulous, legible records. Additionally, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of entering information into SAP, further contributing to the smooth functioning of our operational processes.
The ideal Senior Administrator candidate will bring proven expertise from a clerical background, showcasing exemplary communication skills and a poised telephone manner. You will hold previous experience in leadership roles, where the ability to make informed decisions, adept negotiation, and effective problem-solving were paramount. Proficiency in essential tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP is a prerequisite.
