Sysco International have an opportunity for a Finance Manager, International FP&A and Transformation to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will report to the Director of Finance, International FP&A and Transformation and will be part of a team of 5 colleagues.
The role is based in London at the Covent Garden, London office and there is flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. The days in the office may vary per week dependent on team collaboration and meetings so you must be able to commute into London on a weekly basis.
The Finance Manager will support the International Finance FP&A Team and International Segment in the successful delivery of its key strategic priorities. This role will support the International Finance FP&A leadership team in supporting commercial growth as well as driving standardisation and simplification of processes. This role will work closely across functions and across various markets and will require the ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of local organization structures and processes. You will also seek to optimize existing processes to drive efficiency to enable future growth; and will also seek to develop new models/analysis and establish new processes as the business requirements continue to evolve and grow.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
About you:
To be successful in this role you must be ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with proven post qualified industry experience. Previous FP&A experience in a multi business unit/ multi-national environment is preferred as well as experience in planning or delivering Finance Transformation programmes. Strong communication skills are essential as well as self-confidence when dealing with and presenting to both finance and non-finance senior stakeholders. A pro-active approach and eager to get involved with new projects and drive continuous improvement across the function is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail skills with an analytical mindset to ensure accurate reporting as well as being able to find practical solutions to complex problems. You will also have strong Excel modelling skills with experience creating, from scratch, user-friendly templates and processes that facilitate meaningful reporting, analysis and forecasting.
